Carrie Bass
Human Resources Coordinator
Carrie Bass is our Human Resource Coordinator as well as Events Coordinator. Carrie was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, attending Forest Hills with her older sister, Renee. Carrie then went to Davenport University and graduated with her Associate’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. Carrie met her fiancé at Davenport University and will be married December 2nd.
Previous to her current job, Carrie was a ministry intern at WMYFC and her passion for the ministry has grown immensely. Carrie's job ranges from making sure all of our new hires fill out all of the correct forms, to interviewing, to handbook updating. Along with that, Carrie assists in coordinating all WMYFC events.
Carrie serves at Heritage Baptist Church in their college/young adults ministry and will be serving in the upcoming Saturday night service that is launching in September. She feels so blessed to be a part of both ministries!
